Eric Nichols

Eric Nichols has extensive work experience in various roles related to ServiceNow development and administration. From August 2013 to September 2018, they worked at Tucson Electric Power as a Certified ServiceNow developer and administrator, responsible for various tasks such as workflow design, incident resolution, and application upgrades. Eric also has experience in IT asset management, budget monitoring, and vendor management. In 2018, they joined Objective Paradigm as a ServiceNow Consultant, and in 2019, they became the Lead ServiceNow Developer at Option Care Health.

Eric Nichols has a Master's Degree in Teaching and Teacher Education from the University of Arizona, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Brigham Young University, studying from 1992 to 1995. Eric'seducation started at Santa Barbara City College from 1987 to 1992, where they focused on General Education. Eric completed their high school education at Santa Ynez Valley Union High School from 1983 to 1987.
