Wayne Richmond

Wayne Richmond is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow development and IT service management. Currently serving as Lead ServiceNow Developer at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since December 2021, prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Unifii Ltd and a decade-long tenure at Oxfam. At Oxfam, Wayne held multiple positions, culminating as ServiceNow Development Lead, where significant implementations included ITSM solutions in 2011 and the development of a custom Continual Service Improvement module. Additionally, Wayne served as Service Desk Team Lead, overseeing a team responsible for IT support to approximately 3,000 staff members, and began as a Service Desk Analyst, providing first-line support to UK and international offices.
