Lars Duren

Lars Duren is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare sales and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Growth and Innovation at Option Care Health since August 2023, Lars focuses on identifying growth opportunities with payer and provider clients. Previously, Lars held the position of Vice President of Payer Sales at Free Market Health from February 2022 to July 2023, where efforts were directed towards supporting payers and specialty pharmacies in complex healthcare environments. Prior to that, Lars spent nearly 16 years at Option Care, advancing through roles including Area Vice President Market Access and National Accounts and successfully renegotiating all payer contracts in 2016. Lars's earlier career includes a tenure as Vice President of Managed Care and Vice President Infusion Solutions at Walgreens. Lars holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of the Pacific.
