Meenal Sethna

Meenal Sethna currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Option Care Health from 2025, while also holding the position of Independent Board Member at SPX Technologies since 2019, where responsibilities include Audit Committee Chairperson and membership in the Governance & Sustainability committee. Prior to these roles, Meenal was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Littelfuse from 2016 to 2025, and served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Littelfuse in 2015. Earlier experience includes positions at Illinois Tool Works as Vice President & Corporate Controller, Motorola Solutions in various financial roles including VP of Finance, and Baxter as Director of Finance. Meenal holds an MBA in Marketing, Management, and International Business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
