Carlos Lathrop

Carlos Lathrop has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carlos is currently working as a Business Manager in Minería & Industria at Option, where they are responsible for expanding the business to new markets and implementing solutions tailored to clients' needs. Prior to this, they served as a Business Development Manager at Centro de Investigación en Minería Sustentable, where they focused on creating new business opportunities and maximizing the use of innovations and knowledge. Carlos also worked as a Senior Consultant at PMG Chile, where they planned and managed consulting projects, designed commercial strategies, and facilitated digital transformation for clients. Additionally, Carlos held various positions at CodelcoTech, including Head of Strategic Planning and Head of Business Development, where they led strategic planning, innovation management, and project coordination. Carlos also has experience as a Program Manager Senior at Rabobank, where they led a strategic project to transform the bank and simplify its corporate structure. Carlos started their career as a Co-Founder and Executive Director at Tazon Magico. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in strategic planning, business development, project management, and client relationship management.

Carlos Lathrop's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria. Carlos studied there until 2009, earning a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a major in projects.

In 2007, Carlos briefly attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) to study Business and Economy.

In 2014, Carlos enrolled at Universidad de Chile and pursued a Global Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Carlos completed their studies in 2015.
