Ellen Keithley-Garcia has held a variety of roles in organizations such as Options Counseling and Family Services, Holcomb Elementary School, Catholic Community Services, and Fostering Hope Initiative. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Options Counseling, Ellen has also held titles such as Director of Social Services, Quality Improvement Manager, Program Supervisor, Group Facilitator, BH Skills Trainer, Special Education Instructional Assistant, Youth Mentor, and Neighborhood Connector.
