Elisa D'Carpio

Elisa D'Carpio currently serves as Health Services Supervisor at Options for Learning, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Elisa worked as Training & Outreach Coordinator for Youth Services at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, facilitating suicide prevention training across Los Angeles County. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Operation SafeHouse, where management of Peer Youth Specialists led to support for over 1,300 Transitional Age Youth annually. Additional roles include Behavior Interventionist at Easterseals Southern California, where in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services were provided, and multiple research assistant positions within the UCR Psychology Research Department. Elisa also has a background in teaching ballet and Pilates, contributing to youth development and artistic expression. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
