MacKenzie Shepherd

Mackenzie Shepherd is a seasoned professional in health information services and epidemiology with significant experience at the University of Missouri Health Care and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Currently serving as a Supervisor in Health Information Services since October 2017, Mackenzie oversees staff, implements policies, manages schedules, and collaborates with various departments to enhance patient and staff satisfaction. Previously held the role of Supervisor in Patient Admissions, focusing on team leadership and department operation. Additionally, Mackenzie has served as an Epidemiologist, conducting research and managing health data processes, and began a career as a Patient Access Representative. Mackenzie holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University.
