Katie B. Miller

Katie B. Miller, MSW, currently serves as a Child and Family Therapist at Options for Southern Oregon since August 2023. With extensive experience in mental health and family support, Miller previously worked at The Family Nurturing Center, where roles included Bilingual Relief Nursery Outreach Home Visitor and MSW Intern, focusing on enhancing caregiver-child relationships and assessing treatment needs for young children. Additional experience includes serving as a Qualified Mental Health Associate II in Jackson County, where engagement with adults seeking mental health services was essential, and as a Child Welfare Specialist with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, developing treatment plans for minors in state custody. Miller holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Spanish, and Education from New York University.
