Amanda Manning is an experienced pensions professional with a strong background in pension scheme management and trustee governance. Currently serving as Master Trust Supervision Manager and Scheme Secretary at Options for Your Tomorrow since October 2017, Amanda co-led the Master Trust Authorisation application and manages a scheme with approximately £100 million in assets under management. Previous roles include Pension Project Manager at AECOM, focusing on DC scheme closure and trustee meeting preparations, and Pensions Specialist positions at City & Guilds and Kier Group, where Amanda led various projects and managed complex queries. Early career experience includes roles at House of Fraser, DS Smith Recycling, UNISON, Hewitt Associates, and Towers Watson, providing a comprehensive foundation in both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes.
