Karl McCorry is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical account management and IT support. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager and Support Team Lead at Options Technology since March 2017, Karl leads a global team of onsite IT support analysts for a major financial sector client. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Analyst at Circle of Care, Sinai Health System, where Karl successfully led the deployment of a mobile device management solution, and as a Service Desk Analyst at Capita Managed IT Solutions, providing desktop and server support for multiple clients. Karl began their career as an English Language Assistant with the British Council, teaching English in Spain.
