Raymond Booth

Raymond Booth has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raymond began their career as a Software Engineer at Barclays Stockbrokers in 2000 and later moved on to roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Project Manager, and Software Team Leader at Pulsion Technology. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager at the same company.

Booth joined Barclays Wealth and Investment Management in 2011 as an Independent Software Consultant, where they played a crucial role in a strategic migration project, working on analysis, design, and implementation of legacy system components. Raymond also worked on packaging, testing, and performance testing of key server applications.

In 2013, Booth joined Developing IT Ltd as a Senior Consultant, where they worked on various ecommerce projects with retailers and marketplaces globally. Raymond was responsible for technical project management and consultancy, developing and delivering retail solutions for direct ecommerce and marketplaces.

Raymond'smost recent position is with Optiseller, where they started as a Senior Consultant in 2016 and later became the Chief Technology Officer in November 2020. Overall, Booth has a strong background in technology and management, with experience in software development, project management, and consultancy.

Raymond Booth attended the University of Glasgow from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Aerospace Engineering. Raymond then enrolled at the University of the West of Scotland from 1997 to 1998, focusing on Information Technology.
