Aaron C Jolley

Aaron C Jolley has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Aaron C is currently working at OPTISYS as the Director of Programs, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at L3Harris Technologies from November 2019 to October 2022, where they served as the Director of Product Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and achieving significant revenue growth through the launch of new products.

Before joining L3Harris Technologies, Aaron worked at L3 Technologies from February 2018 to November 2019, starting as the Manager of Programs. In this position, they oversaw a business unit with $75 million in annual revenue and managed a team of four program managers. Aaron C was responsible for the entire program lifecycle, including customer relationships, business development, and program execution. Prior to that, they served as a Sr Program Manager, where they negotiated contracts and managed strategic programs, resulting in revenue growth and improved margins. Aaron C also worked as an Operations Project Manager at L3 Technologies.

Aaron's earlier work experience includes roles at Hill International, where they worked as a Senior Program Analyst from April 2009 to February 2010, and as a Project Engineer from November 2004 to April 2009. Aaron C also briefly worked as a Personal Security Specialist at DynCorp International in 2004. Aaron began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they held the positions of Reconnaissance Team Leader from August 2000 to February 2002 and Reconnaissance Marine from November 1993 to August 2000.

Aaron C Jolley completed their education with a BA degree from Brigham Young University–Hawaii in the field of International Cultural Studies with a Communications emphasis. Aaron C attended this institution from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained an MBA degree in Business from Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2012. Apart from their educational qualifications, they also hold a TS/SCI Security Clearance certification awarded by the United States Department of Defense in July 2019.
