Alex Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Operations Supervisor at UPS for two years. They then transitioned to a role as Lift Foreman at Wolf Mountain Resort from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at The Home Depot for a brief period in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they held two roles at L-3 Communications, first as a Planning Production Specialist and then as an MRP Controller. In 2015, they joined Exelis as a Planner/Scheduler and continued in that role, focusing on the F-35 Avcorp/Program. In 2016, they joined Albany Engineered Composites as an Operations Support Supervisor, where they made significant contributions such as implementing scheduling tools and improving on-time delivery. They stayed with Albany Engineered Composites until 2021 when they joined Albany International Corp. as a Master Scheduler. At Albany International Corp., they also took on the role of Operations Supervisor, overseeing a Lockheed Martin Missile Program and implementing various improvements resulting in increased production and customer satisfaction. Currently, Alex Roberts is the Operation Program Manager at Optisys LLC, a position they started in 2021.
Alex Roberts attended Weber State University from 2008 to 2012, where they received a Bachelor's degree in European History.

Its products enable groundbreaking system and product performance through low SWaP-C, and solution capability and are enabled by the novel design process and metal additive manufacturing for component production.
