Janos Opra has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Janos started their career as a Medical Assistant at Foothill Family Medical Clinic in 1994, where they supervised night and weekend clinics, performed medical assistant duties, and conducted laboratory tests. In 1999, they worked as an Emergency Room Technician at St. Mark's Hospital.

In 2003, Janos joined L-3 Communications as an RF Engineer, supporting the RF engineering group with testing and validation of hardware. Janos also collaborated with antenna design engineers to develop antennas for dismounted troops. In 2007, they became a System Support Engineer, leading integration efforts with multiple companies and creating training programs for L-3 CSW tactical products. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Senior System Engineer, acting as the primary point of contact for the Air Force and US Marine Corps, and collaborating with military planners to establish project requirements.

In 2016, Janos joined OPTISYS as the Chief Business Officer, focusing on 3D metal printing of antennas and RF components. Janos utilized 3D printing technology to create functional prototypes and complex objects that traditional machining processes cannot produce. In July 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of OPTISYS, leading the company's operations and strategic direction.

Throughout their career, Janos has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer relationship management, and technical expertise in the fields of healthcare and defense technology.

Janos Opra obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah between 1999 and 2004.
