Kurt Allen

Kurt Allen has a diverse background in finance and leadership roles. Kurt currently serves as President & CFO at OPTISYS, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at OPTISYS from November 2022 to May 2023 and April 2022 to November 2022, respectively. Before joining OPTISYS, Kurt was the Segment Controller for Production and Automation Technologies at ChampionX from September 2020 to April 2022. Kurt also worked as the Controller for Digital Technologies at Apergy from July 2017 to September 2020. Kurt began their career at Quartzdyne, Inc. as a Controller in September 2007 and remained in this role until July 2017.

Kurt Allen has a strong educational background in the field of accounting. Kurt obtained a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Utah, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Accounting degree from the same university, which they completed from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their academic degrees, Kurt Allen has also obtained two additional certifications. In 2010, they became a Certified Public Accountant, and in 2012, they earned the Chartered Global Management Accountant certification.
