Roni Rotkop

Roni Rotkop has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various HR roles. Most recently, Roni worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Optitex. Prior to that, Roni was an HR Business Partner at EFI. They also served as an HR Partner at Amdocs, where they supported managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, managed budgets, and facilitated trainings. Before joining Amdocs, Roni worked at DHL Express Israel as an HRBP and Training and Organizational Development Manager, handling employee life cycles and talent management. They began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Proactive HR.

Roni Rotkop holds a Master's Degree in HR management and labor studies from Tel Aviv University, which was earned between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, Roni completed a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, from 2003 to 2007.
