Jacob K. is an experienced engineer currently working at Optiv since May 2022, providing L1/L2 support for Palo Alto firewalls and Tanium Services. Prior to Optiv, Jacob held the position of Security Analyst 2 at Foresite Cybersecurity & Compliance, where responsibilities included working in a 24x7 Security Operations Center and managing IDS/SIEM platforms.
