Jacquelyn Wayne

Jacquelyn Wayne is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various positions within the legal and compliance sectors. Currently serving as SVP, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer at Optiv since February 2016, Jacquelyn manages a broad range of legal matters, including privacy and export compliance, third-party risk management, intellectual property, federal contracting, and commercial contracts. Previous roles include Vice President and General Counsel at Environmental StoneWorks, where oversight of all legal affairs for a large national manufacturer was provided, and Chief Operating Officer and Counsel at Reconstruction Experts, Inc., contributing legal expertise and operational leadership. Additionally, Jacquelyn practiced law at Bennington Johnson Biermann & Craigmile, LLC, and began a career in sales with positions at Rational Software, Sybase Software, and DEWALT.
