Susan Thomas

Susan Thomas, RMCP®, has extensive experience in resource management and workforce optimization, currently serving as the Director of Resource Management at Optiv. Previously, Susan held the position of Director of Global Resource and Workforce Management at Palo Alto Networks and served as Senior Manager of Global Resource Management at both Verizon and Coalfire. Additionally, Susan worked as a Category Sourcing Expert for Public Sector at Verizon and as an Engagement Manager for Global Staff Augmentation across various government sectors. Susan's academic background includes studies at the University of Utah from December 1992 to June 1994 and at Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1992.
