Shweta Saxena

Shweta Saxena is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the telecom sector. Currently serving as Principal Quality Assurance Engineer at Optiva Inc. since April 2021, Shweta leads end-to-end automation strategies and develops robust frameworks using Selenium and Java, optimizing release cycles. Previously, Shweta held roles at Publicis Sapient and Crossover for Work, where notable achievements included automating over 250 UI test scenarios and contributing to early bug detection through exploratory testing. Shweta began the career as a System Verification Engineer at Nokia Networks, focusing on performance testing and automation, and also has experience with network optimization in telecom. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the University Institute Of Technology-R.G.P.V.
