Sylvia Cheung is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in client partnership and solutions management. Currently serving as Client Partner Canada at Optiva Inc. since 2017, Sylvia has previously held the position of Solution Manager at Redknee in 2017 and worked there from 2007 to 2016 in various roles, including Solution Manager and Customer Solution Architect.
