Caroline Breur

Caroline Breur is a seasoned expert in information security with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Business Information Security Officer Team Lead at Optiver since July 2017, Caroline has held multiple positions including Global Information Security Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Prior to Optiver, Caroline worked as a Senior Security Consultant at Northwave and held interim roles at MN and KPN as Corporate Security Officer and Commercial Product Manager Cyber Security, respectively. Caroline also contributed to the Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum as a Senior Advisor and served as a Policy Advisor on High Tech Crime at the Openbaar Ministerie. Earlier career experiences include a senior legal officer position in High Tech Crime at the Openbaar Ministerie and a government trainee role at the Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Law with a focus on Civil and Criminal Law from Leiden University.
