Connor Goodheart is an accomplished institutional trader with a diverse background in trading and research. Currently serving as an Institutional Trader at Optiver since January 2022, Connor previously worked as a Floor Broker at Matrix Executions and as a Trading Analyst at Group One Trading, LP, where responsibilities included training in market-making and risk management on the CBOE floor. Early experience includes research positions at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical System and Purdue University, as well as an internship as an Improvement Engineer with The Dow Chemical Company. Connor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, earned in 2017.
