Aoibheen McDonnell is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in rates and macro trading. Currently serving as a Rates & Macro Execution Trader at Symmetry Investments since August 2016, McDonnell handles trading across a diverse range of fixed income and derivative instruments. Prior experience includes roles as a Trading Assistant at Prologue Capital, an Operations Analyst at US Bancorp, an Alternative Investments Analyst at Bank of New York Mellon, and a Fund Administrator. Educational qualifications include a Masters in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin, alongside achieving a Leaving Certificate with 7 honours subjects from Mount Anville Secondary School.
