Harry de Grijs

Harry De Grijs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic advisory and leadership roles across various sectors. As the Owner and CEO of InStratAd since 2021, Harry leverages 34 years of experience at Shell to provide independent strategic advice. Harry serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, focusing on the digital transition, sustainability, and energy transition. Additionally, Harry holds a non-executive director position on the Supervisory Board of Optiver. Previously, Harry held senior executive roles at Shell, including CIO of Projects and Technology, overseeing substantial capital investments and technological capabilities in the energy sector. Harry also has experience as CIO at Motiva Enterprises LLC and has contributed as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company. Educational credentials include programs in executive leadership from IMD and the University of Oxford, alongside a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
