Matthew Nassr

Matthew Nassr is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in data engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Global Data Engineering at Optiver since May 2014, Matthew has led teams that achieved the top ranking in options market making across major US exchanges. Prior to Optiver, Matthew held various engineering roles at Boeing, where significant contributions included migrating applications to web services and leading projects for satellite communication systems. Additionally, experience at Argon ST involved developing a critical demodulation module, and early career research at Los Alamos National Laboratory resulted in published work on sensor networks. Matthew earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
