Melissa Igersheim has over 16 years of experience in human resources and project management. At Optiver, from August 2017 to January 2023, Melissa served as Head of Human Resources and HR Operations Lead. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Mesirow Advanced Strategies for over a decade, where roles included Senior Associate Project Manager and Human Resources Associate. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington.
