Michelle Arens

Michelle Arens is currently a Data Analyst (Recruitment) at Optiver, having started in May 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Recruitment Coordinator at Optiver. From September 2021 to August 2024, Michelle was involved with the Universiteit van Amsterdam as a member and Vice Chair of the Programme Committee for the BAn program. Additionally, Michelle held positions within the Study Association VSAE from August 2021 to November 2023, including Committee Member and Chairman of the Introduction Days Committee, which organized a three-day trip for new university students. Michelle's earlier experiences include serving as an Adelborst with the Koninklijke Marine from August 2019 to April 2021 and working as a Kassamedewerker at Albert Heijn from October 2017 to July 2018. Michelle is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics at the University of Amsterdam, expected to be completed in June 2024, following a secondary education at Hervormd Lyceum Zuid from 2012 to 2019.
