Honour Miller, MBA

Honour Miller, MBA has a wealth of work experience in the human resources and project management fields. Honour began their career in 2011 as the Lead Administrator/Office Manager at Robert Half where they managed and directed a team of 9 administrators, managed work schedules and vacation time, and provided new hire orientations. In 2012, they moved on to The Recruiting Underground where they served as the Recruiting Operations/Social Media & Online Community Manager. In 2013, they joined McGladrey as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, where they provided executive level support and completed a variety of administrative tasks. In 2015, they began working at Open Systems Technologies as the Manager, Contracts and HR Compliance, where they successfully implemented a new onboarding software system. Finally, in 2018, Honour joined Optivor Technologies, LLC as the Human Resources Director, HR Manager, and Project Manager.

Honour Miller holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of South Florida, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Honour then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi between 2016 and 2017.
