Kathy Oswald, CF APMP

Kathy Oswald, CF APMP, has worked in the proposal management field since 2006. Kathy began their career as a Proposal Coordinator at Black Box Network Services, and then in 2016 joined Optivor Technologies, LLC as a Senior Proposal Manager, a role they have held since.

Kathy Oswald, CF APMP, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1980. Kathy also obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Communication Design from the same university in 1980.
