Dexter Gauntlett

Dexter Gauntlett is an experienced leader in the clean technology and mobility sectors, currently serving as Head of Partnerships for Fleet and Utility Charge Management at Panasonic North America since January 2019. In this role, Dexter drives strategic partnerships to promote decarbonization in fleets through innovative software solutions. Previously, Dexter held positions as Director of Utility eFleet Charging Services and Director of Smart City Utility Advisory Services at Panasonic, focusing on transportation electrification and sustainable urban solutions. As a Senior Advisor at Optiwatt, Dexter contributes to the largest residential EV managed charging platform in the U.S. Additionally, Dexter co-founded SweetSense, Inc., a remote data acquisition company, and served as Principal Research Analyst at Navigant Research, leading extensive research initiatives in cleantech and distributed energy resources. Dexter's career is supported by a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from UCLA.
