Jahida Ramos

Jahida Ramos has worked as a Lead Graphic Designer for Optix Strategic Solutions since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager from July 2019 to December 2019, where they designed print marketing materials and created branding identity packages for social media use. Before that, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer for Bombora Local from September 2014 to December 2019, where they oversaw production flow for a team of freelancers, reviewed websites for functionality and design standards, and designed mobile responsive websites on Wordpress CMS. From November 2012 to September 2014, they worked as a Customer Service and Design Specialist for Viewed Local Media, where they provided customer service for technical support, account inquiries, and work requests, designed custom graphics for logos, websites, and company branding, and wrote copy with an emphasis on search engine optimization (SEO).
