Heikki Rantsi

Heikki Rantsi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heikki began their career at KONE Elevators, where they worked as a Test Development Engineer, Test Manager, and later as a Test and Quality Manager, focusing on electronics production and manufacturing quality management.

Heikki then joined Orbis Oy, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, BackOffice Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Account Manager. Here, they were responsible for creating new business opportunities, enhancing existing business, and managing customer projects. Heikki also established a Project Office and implemented a new company internal service concept.

Next, Heikki joined MariMils Oy as an Operations Manager, Operations and Quality Manager, VP Sales, and finally, as VP Operations and Quality. Heikki played a vital role in global delivery operations and successful turnkey projects, including the world's largest cruise ships. Heikki also focused on the further development of cooperation networks with domestic and international partners and was involved in company quality management.

Heikki then returned to OptoFidelity, where they started as a Senior Project Manager and Projects Team Manager. Later they took on the roles of Process and Quality Management, Operations Management, COO, Program Manager, and Head of Account Team. Finally, they became the Head of Business Unit, responsible for leading the business unit and being part of the company's Management Team.

In 2015, Heikki worked at SPIFFI as part of the Sales team. Heikki also worked at OptoFidelity in 2014, focusing on projects and quality development.

Throughout their career, Heikki has gained extensive experience in project management, business development, operations management, and quality management. Heikki has also been a member of various company management teams and has contributed significantly to the successful delivery of complex projects and the growth of businesses.

Heikki Rantsi completed their high school education at Voionmaa High School in Jyväskylä, Finland, from 1980 to 1983. Heikki then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in High Power Electrics from Vaasa Polytechnic in Finland, graduating from 1984 to 1986. In 2002 to 2003, Heikki Rantsi participated in a Specialized Training Programme, earning 20 ECTS credits (equivalent to 20 study weeks), in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management at EVTEK, University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
