Matti Linna

Matti Linna is a dedicated professional with experience in software development, education, and research. Currently serving as a Software Trainee at OPTOFIDELITY since May 2023, Matti previously taught mathematics, chemistry, and physics at the University of Jyväskylä's Teacher Training School from August 2020 to July 2022. In addition, Matti contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Jyväskylä in May 2020, working on a massive open online course (MOOC) focused on physics topics, and produced educational videos for the GRADIA Jyväskylä Educational Consortium in 2020. Prior laboratory experiences include roles at Boliden as a Laboratory Research Assistant and Process Administrator, expanding skills in research and collaboration. Matti also gained early work experience in customer service roles at Osuuskauppa KPO. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Computing and Electrical Engineering from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Jyväskylä.
