Mikko Laksola

Mikko Laksola started their work experience as a Software Developer at InSolution Oy in April 2015 and worked there until December 2017. Mikko then joined Fastems, where they had multiple roles, including System Support Specialist from October 2015 to December 2017 and again from January 2018 to February 2020. From February 2020 to November 2021, they served as the Head of Technical Support, leading the global technical support team and implementing the Tier Model process. After that, Mikko joined Optofidelity in November 2021 as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Operations Development and Customer Success in April 2022. In this position, they are responsible for building and developing ways of working and managing continuous improvement activities for Customer Success.
