Kathryn McCarthy

Kathryn McCarthy is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance, corporate development, and investor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Optoro since January 2024, Kathryn previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Reify Health, where leadership included overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, and people operations. Prior positions include CFO roles at Optoro and Geeknet, where operational improvements, revenue growth, and team building were key focuses. Kathryn founded and served as CEO of Ten12 Consulting, driving growth and operational enhancements across various organizations. With extensive experience in P&L management, strategic planning, and governance, Kathryn has also held senior finance positions at GE Healthcare and GE, contributing to significant revenue improvements and successful financial integrations. Kathryn holds a BBA in Business from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
