Steven Arsena

Steven Arsena has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Lead Software Engineer at Optoro since October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Optoro from November 2018 to October 2021. Prior to Optoro, Steven was a Software Engineer at CustomInk from September 2012 to November 2018, where they were responsible for rolling out new features, maintaining existing applications, and developing APIs. Steven also worked as an Adult Leader in the Youth Ministry at All Saints Catholic Church from January 2016 to September 2018, leading discussions and assisting with retreats. Earlier in their career, Steven worked as a Web Developer at Qorvis Communications from May 2011 to September 2012, where they collaborated with content analysts and graphic designers to create websites. Steven also worked as a Contractor at Qorvis Communications from February 2011 to May 2011. Additionally, Steven worked as a Contractor at Stvn.io from January 2010 to September 2012 and as a Webmaster at Alamo Heights Neighborhood Association from October 2010 to May 2011, maintaining their website.

Steven Arsena received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word between 2007 and 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Interviewing Techniques, Amazon Web Services: Data Analytics, and Leading Effectively from Lynda.com in 2018.
