Amy Brown has a diverse work experience in technical support and customer service roles. Amy started their career at Aetna as a Customer Service Representative from 1989 to 1991. Amy then worked in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Quartermaster from 1991 to 1998, where they were responsible for maintaining a data gathering system for marine hazards and assisting in troubleshooting a LAN network. After leaving the Coast Guard, Amy worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at Leading Edge Personnel Services, providing technical support for various software and network systems. Amy also worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Ajilon, where they supported employees with MS Office, Outlook, and network access.
