Bryn Thomas

Vice President, Global Customer Service & Sales Operations at Optos

Bryn Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the healthcare industry. Bryn started their career at CooperVision in 1991 as a Field Sales Manager. Bryn worked in this role for almost a decade before joining Ocular Sciences as a Key Account Manager in 2000. After four years in that position, they became a Distributor Manager at Ocular Sciences in 2004. Bryn then transitioned to CooperVision again in 2005, where they served as a National Account Manager for a year.

In 2006, Bryn joined Ophthonix as a Regional Account Manager in Texas and later became an Area Manager for the Western Region. In 2008, they moved to Ophthonix Inc as an Area Manager for the Eastern Region. Bryn'stime at Ophthonix was followed by a position at Optos as a Regional Sales Manager from 2009 to 2015. Subsequently, they were promoted to Director of National Accounts, and later held the role of Director of Practice Strategies & Academic Business Development from 2017 to 2019. Bryn then served as the Director of Sales Operations & Training at Optos before being appointed as the Vice President of Global Customer Service & Sales Operations in May 2021. Currently, they are still employed in this position.

Bryn Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Fullerton between the years 1987 and 1994.
