Jenny Kellogg has extensive work experience in the field of ophthalmic technology. Jenny started their career as an Ophthalmic Technician at Cornerstone Eye Associates in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Afterwards, they joined Flaum Eye Institute, University of Rochester, where they held multiple roles including Ophthalmic Technologist, Specialized Ophthalmic Technician, and Supervisor of diagnostic imaging from 2012 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Clinical Research Associate at Optos since 2023. Jenny Kellogg holds certifications as a COMT (Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist), CRA (Certified Research Administrator), OCT-C (Optical Coherence Tomography-Certified), and ROUB (Registered Ophthalmic Ultrasound Biometrist).

Jenny Kellogg, COMT, CRA, OCT-C, ROUB has a strong educational background in the field of photography and biomedical communications. Jenny obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Photographic Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended the Pratt Institute from 2002 to 2005, specializing in Fine Art Photography.

In addition to their formal education, Jenny Kellogg has also obtained several certifications. Jenny became a Registered Ophthalmic Ultrasound Biometrist through the IJCAHPO in October 2019. In October 2018, they became certified in Optical Coherence Tomography through the Ophthalmic Photographers' Society - Eye Imaging Experts. In February 2016, they obtained the Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist certification from IJCAHPO. And finally, in October 2014, they became a Certified Retinal Angiographer through the Ophthalmic Photographers' Society - Eye Imaging Experts.
