Cort Mao

Cort Mao has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Cort started their career as a Hospital Corpsman, providing medical care to service members aboard the USS Stethem and USS Benfold. Later, they worked as a Dive Medical Technician at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center and the Naval Experimental Diving Unit, where they participated in diving experiments and collected medical data for research. Cort then joined the Explosive Ordnance Disposal - Expeditionary Support Unit - One as a Dive Medical Technician, where they managed medical treatment needs for over 500 patients and provided clinical care to service members. Cort's experience also includes working as a Territory Manager for Allergan, where they focused on eye care and developed insights into patients' wants and needs. Most recently, they served as an East Region Sales Representative for Optovue before joining Optos as an Ophthalmology Sales Manager.

Cort Mao obtained a High School Diploma from Fishburne Military School in the years 1995 to 1998. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from 2006 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Management at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010.
