Daniel Zuzic has a solid background in technical support and engineering. Daniel started their career at Teleperformance in 2013 as a Technical Support Representative, where they worked until February 2016. Daniel then joined LIGO ELECTRONICS LIMITED, where they held the role of Technical Support Representative from January 2017 to December 2018. From December 2018 to March 2021, they worked at Dexcom as a Technical Support Representative. Subsequently, they joined Lenovo in March 2021 as a Data Center Support Engineer and worked there until November 2022. Currently, they are employed at Optos as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer, starting in November 2022.
Daniel Zuzic completed their Bachelor's degree in Geography at the University of Glasgow from 2008 to 2012. Daniel later pursued a Master's degree in International Business & Management at the University of the West of Scotland, which they completed from 2016 to 2017.
In terms of additional certifications, Daniel obtained the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ certification from QA Ltd in July 2023. Daniel also achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in March 2022, and the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2022. Furthermore, Daniel obtained the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from Training ByteSize Ltd in May 2021. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in ThinkSystem Server Architecture and Servicing Lenovo Data Center Products from Lenovo in April and March 2021, respectively. Lastly, Daniel earned a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in May 2020.
