Fiona Macleod has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Fiona began their career in 1997 as a Senior Business Analyst for Sales & Marketing at Digital Equipment Corporation. Fiona then went on to work at Smart Modular Technologies, where they held various roles including Memory Program Manager, Compaq Options Program Manager, and Customer Account Support. Fiona then joined NCR as the EMEA Service Materials Center Manager, a position they held for five years. Following their time at NCR, they served as a Project Manager for TotalPDA on a contract basis. Fiona then transitioned to Arco Ltd, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager for three years. Fiona'smost recent role was as the Head of European Customer Service at Optos. Overall, Fiona has gained valuable experience in customer service, project management, and leadership throughout their career.

Fiona Macleod pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1989 to 1993, they attended Glasgow Caledonian University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies. In 2010, Fiona obtained a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification after completing a course at an undisclosed institution.
