Mustafa Hamalawi

Mustafa Hamalawi has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mustafa began their career as a pharmacist at Ezaby pharmacy in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Medical Representative at Bayer HealthCare. Mustafa then joined Alcon in 2011, where they held various roles such as Surgical Account Manager and Refractive Equipment manager. Mustafa also worked as a Clinical Application Specialist and managed vitrectomy and equipment in the Central & East Provinces. In 2018, Mustafa joined Optos as the Business Head for the Middle East and later became the Vice President of Sales MENA. In their current role, they are responsible for driving Optos portfolio sales and marketing in the region, managing distributors, and organizing training programs.

Mustafa Hamalawi, MBA, completed their education with a Bachelor's degree from IGCSE in 2003, focusing on High School studies. In 2009, they graduated from Ain Shams University with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Continuing their educational journey, Mustafa completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Heriot-Watt University between 2012 and 2015.
