Audhild Blomsø

Audhild Blomsø has a diverse work experience in the field of aquaculture and fish health. Audhild currently holds the role of Head of Products at OptoScale since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Fagsjef Fiskehelse at OptoScale from June 2022 to March 2023. Before joining OptoScale, they were a Rådgiver at Ror kommunikasjonsbyrå from December 2021 to June 2022, where they contributed to promoting fish health and sustainable aquaculture through effective communication. Audhild also gained experience as an Aquaculture Consultant at Linea lateralis from October 2019 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, Audhild worked at Skretting, starting as a Technical Specialist Fish Health from an unspecified date in 2012 and ending in September 2015. Audhild then advanced to the role of Fish Health and Product Manager at Skretting from October 2015 to June 2019, where they led projects, collaborated with the research team, and developed innovative solutions to improve fish health through nutrition.

From 2007 to 2012, Audhild Blomsø attended the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU), where they pursued a degree in Cand.med.vet. Their field of study during this time was Aquatic Medicine.
