Arshad Ahsan

Arshad Ahsan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment finance, particularly in alternative investments. As Senior Manager of Investment Finance at OPTrust since June 2012, Arshad leads a high-performance team focused on the alternative investments portfolio, including real estate, private equity, infrastructure, and private debt, while ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Previously, Arshad held managerial roles at Northam Realty Advisors Ltd. from February 2004 to June 2012, overseeing financial reporting for real estate private equity funds, and at Greenwin Inc. as Finance Manager. Arshad holds a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and advanced degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems (M.B.A.) from Schulich School of Business, York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
