Mohsen Omrani

Mohsen Omrani is the CEO of OPTT Health, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at Rutgers University from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they were the Co-founder, Vice President and Chief Operation Officer, Managing Director of OPTT at Canarmony Holding Corp. from 2014 to 2018.

Omrani has a long history of working in the field of algorithms, dating back to their time at Queen's University in the early 2000s. Mohsen has been instrumental in developing various software applications and tools designed to simplify work and enhance quality of life. Mohsen's most notable achievement is the Online PsychoTherapy Tool (OPTT), which is an online clinic designed to deliver cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to patients on a flexible time schedule. The platform features predesigned, interactive therapy modules to streamline care delivery.

Omrani is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a passion for helping others. Mohsen is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in their ability to improve the lives of those around him.

Dr. Mohsen Omrani earned their PhD in Neuroscience from Queen's University. Mohsen also holds a Master's Degree in Neuroscience from Queen's University, and a Medical Doctorate from the University of Tehran.
