Nicki Fabozzi

Nicki Fabozzi is an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager with over a decade of experience at Optum Bank, where responsibilities include improving Agile ceremonies and facilitating backlog refinement for multiple teams. Prior to this, Nicki served as a Project Manager at FICO, overseeing collaborative web browsing projects involving multifunctional teams.
