Aliza Travis

Aliza Travis is an experienced professional in network partnerships and behavioral health development, currently serving as the Director of Network Partnerships at Optum since August 2022. Prior to this role, Aliza held various positions including Assistant Director of Behavioral Health Network Development and Contracting at CMO - The Care Management Company of Montefiore Medical Center, and Provider Relations Specialist at Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative. Aliza's extensive background includes leadership roles in educational project management at Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network, Inc., as well as experience in mental health therapy and community service programs. Aliza holds a Master's degree in Community Psychology from Sage Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Skidmore College.
